Harvest Moon Celebration Returns to Ogden foods from more than 12 different eateries will be available for all to enjoy from 2:00 p.m. and on into the night. A section of Historic 25th Street (between Lincoln and Wall Avenues) will be blocked to vehicular traffic to accommodate the festival and pedestrians. For the family there will be children’s activities from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. courtesy of Ogden’s Eccles Dinosaur Park, the Ogden Nature Center, and Eccles Community Art Center, among others.
