He graduated with honors from Weber College with an Associates degree in Business. He later attended Utah State University where he received his BA in Business. He then did graduate studies at the University of Maryland. During the Vietnam War, Lynn was the Contracting Officer responsible for having the F4 Aircraft flying and combat ready in theater as well as stateside. During this time he made over 40 trips to the Far East negotiating directly with the Taiwanese Government. Lynn worked at Hill AFB and held several chief of Special Projects. In 1984, Lynn and Jean transferred to the Naval Aviation Logistics Command at Patuxent River, Maryland where he assumed the duties of Department Chief in Contracting. He retired in 1988 after 38 and one half years of service. They returned to Utah to be closer to their families. Lynn will forever be known for his brilliant mind, his quick wit, and his wonderful sense of mor. He has traveled to many countries on business as well as pleasure. He had an inept ability to understand and communicate in the language of the Country he was in. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was also a member of the BPOE Golden Spike Elks Lodge 719. Lynn is survived by his wife and companion of 25 years, Jean; his mother Mabel Nebeker, Roosevelt, UT; his children Stan (Glenys) Nebeker, Roy; Carolyn (David) Fenn, Lake Arrowhead, CA; Joni (Don) Sowell, Palm Springs, CA; Bill ea a Nebeker, San Bernardino, CA; his step-daughters Tracy Jill Page and Debbie Pring both of South Ogden; nine grandchildren: Cody Nebeker, Roy; “Tara (Jon) Larson, — Zachary, Ryan, Blake and Dresden Fenn, Lake Arrowhead, CA; Sierra (Travis) Hess, North Ouran: Shad (Amanda) Owens, Eden; Mario Nebeker, Linden, Guyana, South America; and one great-grandson, Layne Larson, Ogden. Also surviving are three brothers, Claude Nebeker, Evanston, WY; Jim (Loya) Nebeker, Neola, UT; Clark (Sue) Nebeker, Vashon, Island, WA; his mother-in-law, Thelma Priest, Layton; brothers-in-law, Richard Priest and Sean Person, al so ries ne Priest, Mtn. Green. as preceded in death by his infant son, Boucle ‘his father, Stanley Nebeker; grandpar- ents; and his father-in-law, LaMar Priest. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt Thank You to Vista Care Hospice for the kindness and wonderful, loving care of Lynn. Froerer William T. Froerer, 36, died Wednesday, May 4, 2005 at his home from Multiple Sclerosis. He was born February 5, 1969 in Ogden, the son et William A. and Susan M. Parkinson Froere ile ‘worked for Bill Good Marketing as a computer programmer until his diagnosis. In spite of his handicaps, Will was a computer genius—always dreaming up new ideas, pro grams, and business ventures. He had learned three technical computer languages before he graduated from high school when the personal computers were just coming into popularity. She received a full scholarship to the Thomas . Dee Memorial Hospital School of Nursing and also furthered her nursing studies at Weber State College and the University of Utah. She worked at the Dee Hospital, several nursing homes and was also a private duty nurse. After marriage, she moved with her husband to Huntsville, Utah. She was a member of the LDS Church, where she held many positions. She was also a member o Daughters of the Utah Pioneers, the Blue Quill Poetry-writing group and the Weber County Sheriff's Mounted Posse Wives. She volunteered with many school and eng organizations.
