Show The Summit County Page A4 January 28, 2000 Reeve and Associates Provides Quality Control Services For Holnam Silo Expansion 25th Annual Northern Utah Womens Conference Around the clock workers are tall silos building four, 206-fousing "continuous pour" concrete in construction of Holnam's newest cement plant near Morgan, Utah. The silos will house cement powder for use in construction projects throughout the United Slates. Holnam hired Reeve and Associates to provide quality control services for the silo expansion. Their duties included measurement of the silos to guarantee the diameter columns remained vertically straight throughout the continuous pour. "We were hired to make sure the silos were going up straight," says Lyle Bissegger, survey coordinator for Reeve & Associates.
