The Company is proposing to delete six screening 1, . 8, plants, crush- ingscreening plant, and four diesel fired generators, and to add two crushing plants, three screening plants, one crushing-screenin- g plant, and two diesel fired generators. As a result of this modification, there will be no change in the hourly; daily, and annual production limits at the permanent site. The permanent site, the Coalville pit, is located an Icy Springs Road which is shout a mile from the 180 exit. Cbalville Summit County is an attainment area for all criteria pollutants. The new screening plants and crushers arc regulated under the NSPS Subpart 000 (Standard of Performance for Mineral Nonmetallic Processing Flams). This project will require a 30 day public comment period prior to issuance of the AO. For the proposed project there will be no change in the emissions. The construction proposal and estimates of the effect on local air quality are available for public inspection and comment at the Division of Air Utah State Quality, of Department Environmental Quality, 130 North 1930 West, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114-482There will be a 30 day comment period held.
