It was last seen on November 22, 1998. Several calls had been made to the owner inquiring about the playhouse. The case was turned over to the detective division for investigation. .. .. The case was turned over to the detective division. An argument took dace between two neighbors in the Snyderville Basin area when they began arguing over their dogs that had gotten into a fight. The argument escalated farther with fee neighbors, and the sheriffs department was called as well as ani- mal control. The neighbors were advised to take a few days and let things cod off. A CD player and several CDs were stolen from a parked vehicle in Summit Park. The owner reported that since noticing the theft he could no longer operate the automatic locks on the drivers door. No other property was damaged. The Sheriffs Dispatch was notified of a forgery incident in which investigation is continuing. A mother reported her son had forged several checks from her personal account, making the checks out to himself. A burglary theft of a vehicle was called into dispatch when the owner reported 75 compact discs were stolen from his vehicle parked in front of his home. The owner had forgotten to lock the door of the vehicle making it easily accessible. No other items were taken. A harassment charge was investigated when a male stated he was being bothered by a former girl friend. No further investigation was patch to let them know that it had been taken from the back of a truckwith a camper shell that had been left in the driveway. The owner had removed a purchased tv from tiw baric of the truck and did not secure the locks afterward. People selling around the Kimballs Junction area were told to contact the Summit County Qetk to obtain a business license before they convicted and sentenced for the crime of Supplying Alcohol to a Minor, a Class A Misdemeanor, on Dec. 1, 1998. May 2, 1968, was convicted and sentenced for the crimes of Burglary at a Vehicle, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class B Misdemeanor. A brother called and reported that his sister, who had moved out of tiw home, had entered while he wu not home and removed some items that did not belong to her. He stated he had changed the locks and she had entered through a window. Officers contacted both parties and advised them to try to settle the dispute amicably between themselves.
