Long term weight loss requires exercise and a permanent change in eating habits. According to health experts, any weight loss program that causes you to lose more than two pounds a week can be potentially harmful. Before committing to any weight loss product or program, check with your physician. Their unproven remedies are offered as alternatives to medically proven treatments. Quacks tell you not to trust your doctor, but want you to trust them. In addition, don't rely on promises of a money-bac- k guarantee. Be aware that many operators will never be in one place long enough to respond to a refund request. Remember, the more you know about good health principals and good nutrition, the less likely you arc to fall for health frauds.
