Judge Philip Eves sentenced Francis Everett Nichols, 44, Oakley, to rate to 13 yean in prism and a $10,000 fine, but stayed the prison sentence and fine. He placed Nichols on three years supervised probation and the man is to serve one year in the Washington County jail, with credit for 123 days already served. If bed space becomes available at the Ogden County Correctional Center, where there is a treatment' program, the remainder of the jail term will be stayed. Nichols was ordered to complete any other mental health or sub--. stance abuse counseling. He was ordered to have no contact with any male under the age of 18 without a supervisor and therapist being The court retained jurisdiction on any restitution. The three year probation term was ordered concurrent with a sentence ordered July 8 in Summit County by 3rd District Judge ' Homer Wilkinson. Brown as Dean of the College of Agriculture on Nov. 16. Rodney is the ion of Vera B. Brown, and the late John Parley Brown, of HoytsviUe. He is married to Sandy Wood, of Vancouver, Canada They are the parents of three children, Shauna, Carla, and David.
