MAGILL AND WIFE INDICTED grand jury brings in a most remark able verd ct clinton the grand jury that Is investigating the death of mrs pet magill the first wife of 0 fred magill nho who with his second wife Is in jail here having been brought back from california to answer to the charge ot of having caused the death of mrs pet magill on friday returned one indict ment against magill and one indict ment against mrs airs fay graham magill the indictments were exactly alike each containing six counts the counts are as follows that mrs pet magill was murdered by the administration of strychnine poison that the murder was done by arsenic that the woman was ered with a quilt that she was stran to death by chloroform that she committed suicide as the result of a compact agreement that her death was caused by the defendants by means unknown to the jury
