He says if the containers are small enough, you can put them in the deep freeze for 48 hours to kill the pests. For larger containers, you can fumigate the grain with dry ice. The carbon dioxide given off by the dry ice will suffocate the insects, but may not be sufficient to kill the eggs and pupae left behind.
