NOTICE TO USERS STATE ENGINEER 8 E SAM LAKE CITY UTAH nov 17 notice is hereby given tl nt petrea anderson whose address 13 eureka utah hae made application in accordance with the requirements 0 chapter JAWS of utah 1905 to appropriate one one hundredth 1 of a cubic foot per second of writer flowing from petrea springs in utah county utah said springs are situated hun dred feet north from the corti east cor geror the southwest quarter of section 20 township 10 south range 2 west salt lake base and meridian during the months of january and february 0 each year the water will be stored in voir or basin and will be released together wilh the natural flow of eaid stream and conveyed by means of ditch tor a distance of about hundred feet and there used irona march let to december inclusive of each year to irrigate forty acres of land in the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter ot section 20 township 10 south range 2 west salt lake base and meridian all protests against the granting ot said application stating the reasons buet be made by affidavit in duplicate and filed in this office with n thirty 30 days after the completion of the publication of this notice calab TANNER state engineer date ot first cation dec 1 1905 date 0 of cation deo 31 1905
