Hunters, 14 to 18 years old, will have three opportunities to bag one deer this season. Any person 18years ofage or younger on the opening day of the general archery buck deer season, may hunt the general archery, general season and the general muzzle loader deer season. They must use the appropriate equipment for each respective season. Utah Division of Wildlife Resources officials want to stress that "only one deer can be taken. If person is successful in the archery hunt that will begin August 19 and last through November 5, they are done deer hunting. However, if their arrows dont find their mark then can seek one in the general muzzleloader buck deer hunt, September 5, and if bad luck continue they can hope for better things in the general deer rifle hunt, October 21-29.
