The coaching staff stressed that rebounding ia the only time they want their lady athletes to be like Rodman, who does one thing right and that ia Rebounding. Coach Roaa added, We have to be able to rebound, and need to box foot out. That ia a lot better-rig- ht step in and then left foot step in. Defense you have to get your hands up. We cant afford any mistakes when we rebound. During a drill Roaa said, Don't let them get there. Gat after it Good, now switch. What should your eyea being doing? The answer ia 'Watching the ball! Duchesne High School Holds By Bob Gretsmen After one week of tryouts and the first real look at this year's ball players Duchesne High Schools basketball Coach Stan Young is optimistic. Ifthe kids work as hard this year as they have been this week, Coach Young said, we should be very competitive. The Eagles finished last year's season with a 2nd place finish in Region 13. DHS advanced after a first round win in the state tourna Try-ou- ts ment while first place San Juan team.
