Truman The traditional First Presidency Christmas Devotional ofThe Church Saints of Jesus Christ of Latter-da-y ia set for Sunday, Dec. 7, in the Tabernacle on historic Temple Square. The program of Christmas music and messages will begin at 6 p.m. (MST) and will be broadcast live over the Church's satellite television network to locations throughout the United States, as well aa in Canada, Puerto Rico, Haiti, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic. It will be rebroadcast the same evening Channel 11, at 8 p.m. on KBYU-Tthe public television station based in Provo, Utah. President Gordon B. Hinckley, world leader ofThe Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-da- y Saints, will deliver a Christmas message, aa will his counselors in the F'irst Presidency, President Thomas S. Monson and President James E. Faust. Music for the program will be provided by the renowned Salt Lake Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Elder Jed Burton, son of Nelson and Nancy Burton will return from serving in the California Sacramento Mission on Nov. 25. His report will be Sunday, Nov. 30 at 10:30 a.m. in the Altamont Stake Center. Elder Jim Lee Freston, son of James W. and Diane Freston has returned from the Brazil Campinas Mission. He will give his report Sunday, Nov. 30, at 10 a.m. in the Bridgeland Ward Chapel. Elder Justin Dale Freston, son of James W. and Diane Freston has been called to the Kentucky Louisville Mission. His farewell will be Sunday, Nov. 30 at 10:00 a.m. in the Bridgeland Ward ChapeL Jody D. Bolin graduates from basic training Army Pvt. Jody D. Bolin has grad- uated from basic military training at Fort Sill, Lawton, Oklahoma. During the training, atudenta received instruction in drill and weapons, map reading, tactics, military courtesy, military justice, first aid, and Army history and traditions. Bolin ia the grandson of Donna Wilson Of Morrill, Nebraska, and aonofCindyWarrofAltamontUtsh. The private is a 1994 graduate of Morrill High School. Leroy Brent Larson, son of Brent and Marla Larson has been called to serve in the Spain Bilbao Mission. His farewell will be Nov.30 at 12:45 p.m. in the Neola 2nd Ward Chapel. Leroy will enter die MTC on Dec. 17. Ben Birchell son of Barry and Ann Birchell has been called to serve in the Ft. Worth Texas Mission. His mission farewell will be in the Ballard North Ward. Sunday, Nov. 30, at 1:20 p.m. Elder Cody Aland, son of John and Marsha Aland has recently returned from serving a two year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-da- y Saints in the Jamaican, Kingston Mission.
