The Home Visit Program, sponsored by the Uintah Basin Medical Center, was forced to cease operations for about a year due to a lack of funding, but to an infu sion ofabout $73,000 in new granta and matching donations from the hospital the program baa been back on its feet for several months, said Christy Thacker, a registered nurse and director of the hospitals department of obstetrics.
