Secondly, we are attempting to motivate workers to become more positive in their attitudes no matter what they are faced with. The results are beginning to show forth in mutual respect among custodians and other staff members and an increased appreciation for the extra mile that custodians are willing to go. We fully understand that this is not an overnight project, but a long range goal. We will not obtain instant perfection.
