This project is made possible by a 1996 application to die State of Utah, Division of Parks and Recreation Motorized Trails Program. In response to this application, the State will pay 50 of the cost of the new restroom. The Forest Services pays the other 50 - half with funds and half with volunteer support. This, new restroom could be used by campers and trail users in the Cart Creek Area. The restroom would be supplied and maintained by the Forest Service.
