There was a large crowd from all over the Basin and some of the VanTassells neighbors and friends from Kearns, Pleasant Grove and Salt Lake City, and Christmas plans wilj include turkeys too from Vernal, Arizona, Idaho, Ogden and Heber. Their seven children and their families are from the Salt Lake Valley: Larry and Cecelia VanTassell, Eva Goings, Weldon and Iona VanTassell, Milton and Lois family VanTassell, A1 and Karma Roberts, Vella Barney, Dick and Diana Stewart, 20 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. The VanTassells wish to thank all their family and friends for coming and making their party such a success and for all the phone calls' and beautiful tokens and cards. The Roosevelt Area Chamber of Commerce is again sponsoring the Turkey Give-awafor the holidays. There will be turkey drawings at several locations during the latter part of November and month of December.
