Lapoint i Utah Farm Production Credit Association Opens Hera Facility 510 west 200 north. Roosevelt Utah Farm Production Credit Association is proud to announce the construction of a new facility in Roosevelt, Utah. Since 1970 when PCA opened a branch in Roosevelt, business was conducted at 171 Lagoon Street, however with expanding loan volume and increased staff a new building became necessary. The new facility is located at 510 West 200 North, Roosevelt, Utah. The location will provide easy access and ample parking for the over 240 Uintah Basin Farmers and Ranchers who are stockholders of Utah Farm Production Credit Association.
