Show i LIVESTOCK ANDlREGULATIONS 1. Everyone to encouraged to bring their livestock to lha Duchama County Fair. Thi will be controlled by lha livestock committee. 2. Exhibitor themselves will be responsible for delivery of their animal to the show ground durshow conclude with stalls ing designated weighing time, and removed from the grounds after and equipment cleaned. 3. An animal fudged to be sick or infectious wiH not ba allowed to remain on the fair ground. 8. Hay and all feed must be provided by exhibitor. Bedding will be furnished by the fair. 9. Junior exhibitors may show animals owned by others in a breeding class provided he or she has used it as a project and maintaned a record of production. Junior exhibitors must have legitimate ownership of fat animals on or before tagging dates as sat in Section 1 3 of lhasas rule. 13. The following rules will govern the tagging of fat animals for the show. However, no exhibitor may exhibit or sell more than two fat animals. A. No Fat animal will be tagged for the fair with any horn present. IB. Fat beef, lambs and swine will ba given the approprate weight for showing and selling during welgtvin. Only one weigh-i- wiH ba allowed, and all animals must remain at the Fair Grounds after weigh-in- , 19. Weight Iknitsi Fat beef 900 pounds and over, them are no weight limits for lambs and swine. Only animals which are dry and dean at the weigh-i-n time will be permitted to cross the scales. 20. No animals shall be allowed to enter the Fat Show and Sale that has be sold through another show sale. 21. During showing and selling all FA and 4H exhibitors must wear official identification Iri plain view, or forfeit premium money. If on exhibitor does not want to sell an animal he must notify clerk upon naming of Grand and Reserve Champion. 20. The livestock Folr Committee reserves the right to restrict the number of animals entering lha sale depending on the number and quality of animals offered. 27. No animal will be allowed to leave the Fair Grounds after the sale without the permission of the sole chairman and bom manager. 28. Animals wiH be allowed to compete In one dais only. Animals in breading classes will not show in the Fat clam. 29. In each clam of livestock In which there are four or mare animals exhibited, a Grand and Reserve trophy will be given. If any bread is exhibited other than those listed In the Fair Book, they will be classified after entries ore made. 32. Tha Individual bidding for a company Is responsible for the bid if (he company refuses to pay the bid price. 33. A dean pen slip must ba signed by the bam manager prior to receiving your sale check for Fat animals and premium money for breeding animals. 34 A brand inspection for the fat beef will be conducted at lha time of weigh-i- and tha inspection fee will ba paid from money collected on lha commission. 35. All protests must be made In writing and presented to one of the committee within eight hours after the causa of protest. Helpfull suggestions and comments on good points will be gladly received at any time. '3ft.
