Trudy Bailey was appointed new Relief Society president of the First Ward in the- Duchesne LDS Chureh Stake. e A chance meeting in Duchesne Wednesday reunited cousins who were reared in Bluebell and since moved to California. The first cousins are Daryl Burdick, Bakersfield, and Mrs. Ed : - (Mary Dickerson) Wills, Sacramento. The meeting was at Mrs. Barbara Meriwether's home. She was unaware of the planned visits, as were the two Californians, who is also a first cousin of the California cousins. e Mrs. Burdick accompanied ' her husband and Mr. Wills accompanied his wife to Duchesne County'for the visit with relatives. e The Hatch Motel in Duchesne is being torn down for the owners, Lee and Donna Mezenen of Garden Grove, California. They have announced all the motel nwite will be removed, but e will remain.
