He was born Nov. 10, 1969, in Salt Lake City. He would have been in the fourth grade at Neola elementary school this fall. He is survived by his parents; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jamea E. Hamblin, Roosevelt, and Mae Jorgensen, Huntsville; brothers and sisters, Steven, who is serving an LDS mission in Rochester, N.Y., Kenneth, Julie, Robert and Janet, all Roosevelt.
