However, the bell has no home and each PTA unit in the state,' in cooperation with KTVX in Salt Lake City, is gathering funds to build a tower for it. Through the efforts of a variety of agencies, the space has been available in Memory Grove near the Capitol to construct the tower. Each child who contributes will be invited to sign a "Declaration of . Participation," which will be micro- filmed and sealed in a time capsule at the base of the tower. The document indicates that these children have donated a liberty quarter to the cause. The children of Roosevelt will have the opportunity to share in the pride of knowing their efforts contributed to providing this lasting monument, said a local FTA spokesman. The drive is concluding this week, with all funds due to be sent to the state PTA office next week. On Armistice Day, Nov. 11, a ceremony dedicating the tower will be conducted and all children who participated in the project will be invited to attend. necessary to remove a victim, the top can be removed from a car, EMT students learned last week as they neared the end of their training sessions at the Uintah Basin Area Vocational Center.
