Min Remund and Mr. Ivie both graduated from Duchesne high school in May, 1977. The annual pageant will feature the reigning Miss Utah, Kristi Deakin, as along with CEU student Mark Patients The special program was the film entitled, "The mailbox, a story about the life and activities of an widow. Mrs. Lethe Tatge, star of the film, also spoke to the group. Mrs. Tatge is 84 years old and resides at Midway. She has lectured for many years for the Chataugua and Lyceum Bureaus." She has traveled all over the world to collect materials for her lectures. She has taken part in 11 church movies filmed at BYU. Mrs. Angie Lewis from Tabiona is a long-tim- e friend of Mrs. Tatge and it was through her efforts that Mrs. Tatge came and the film was ld and Mrs. R. G. A dance concert, featuring dancers from many parts of the state, will be held Saturday, March 4, at 8 p.m. in the Union high school auditorium. The title of the concert is "You Light Up My Life. Featured performers indude the Brigham Young University social dance team, directed by Lee and Linda Wakefield; the Wakefields, who are BYU instructors as well as Ballroom and Latin dance champions; the Teen Dance Team from Salt Lake City, under the direction of Doug Mather; Kathy Squires, an instructor at the Butler School of Dance; a Jazz dance team directed by Kathy Squires; and the Uintah Basin Dance Team, directed by Ladd and Helen Wilkins. Admission to the concert is I2JS0 for adults and $1.50 for children under 12. In addition, two workshops will be conducted during the day of the concert. Miss Squire will instruct a session on disco and jazz dance from 10 a.m. to noon. Former Roosevelt girl wed in Texas of Houston, Texas, formerly of Roosevelt, and Kenneth Ray Olive of Houston exchanged wedding vows Feb. 4 in the Holy Family Catholic Church in Vernon, Texas. The Rev. Wilfred M. Defevere officiated at the double-rinceremony. Parents of the couple are Mrs. Helen G. Coltharp of Salt Lake City and Ray Olive of Vernon and Caryle Olive of Wichita Falls, Texas. The bride selected a gown of Ale neon Lace, chiffon and organza fashioned with full bishop sleeves and a high neckline. Alencon lace accented the neckline and the empire fitted bodice. The foil skirt and chapel-lengt- h train were trimmed veil of in lace. She wore a finger-tiillusion trimmed with seed pearls and lace fastened with a Juliet cap of lace and carried a bouquet of white pompoms circling an orchid.
