Show Head Start Days this weekend in Bluff On May 5 and 6, the Rural Utah Child Development Head Start Day will be held in Bluff. Under the directive of USU Vice President Bob Gilliland, and CEU Chuck Foust, Dr. Don C. I arson, dean of instruction at CEU-Sa- n Juan Campus, will administer both operations. In a memo distributed to CEU-SJfaculty and staff, Larson said the new assignment will help to support the Board of Regents master plan for southeastern Utah by having only one lead administrator at each continuing education location in the region. The memo also quotes Dr. Gilliland's request for cooperation between the two groups.
