Winder, who has won top awards every year that she has entered the contest, was awarded first prize for best feature story' among small newspapers in Utah. His grandparents are Clea Johnson and the late Lyle Wedding announced Kaye Bradford are pleased to announce the Jerry and marriage of their daughter, Natalie to Robert H. Jacobs Jr., son of the late Robert H. and Lois Jacobs on Saturday, March 25, 2000. Natalie is a 1996 graduate of San Juan High School.
