The office, constructed in 1961, is very drafty, cold and is in need of a facelift. The work will include wininstalling new double-pan- e dows of a smaller size, lowering the ceiling, wall and ceiling insulation, new carpeting, new lighting, fixtures and cabinets in the restroom and the installing of a tankless hotwater heater so we can have hot water in the restroom and shop. We are hoping the work can be completed by December. Meantime we are moving bur office into the shop building.
