said The city has entrusted their traps with Dr Lester Hepworth who runs the Hyrum Small Animal Clinic North of Hyrum there are also four other clinics that are participating in the program The Utah Veterinary Medical Association has committed to trap and fix 2500 cats in Utah by the end of the year Hepworth said he has done a couple dozen operations since the program was initiated in June All five traps that he has available are currently lent out and the city is planning to buy a few more Hepworth ft ' ji v J ‘"S 'y' “w "tU -
