Show From Greece to America In Appreciation The AWS Council wishes to thank everyone for the wonderful cooperation which was shown for the Preference Ball The dance was a huge success and it was largely for this reason Our hearty thanks go to the people who so diligently decorated the hall and to the- people who painted the backdrop The gym was beautifully done and lent the romantic atmosphere to complete the big affair Our sincere thanks go to the very cooperative faculty members who willfully excussed students from classes to help who were ever ready with advise and suggestions and who chaperoned the dance We must not forget to thank the ladies who poured punch throughout the dance and Jimmy Dart's Orchestra for the wonderful dance music A special thanks goes to those Carbon students who played for Jimmy Dart and had to miss the dance Most of all we would like to thank all of you students who attended the Preference Ball The behavior of all concerned was excellent and the night progressed smoothly with no mishaps Our biggest "thank you” goes to our very wonderful adviser Mrs Bess Jones She worked long hours to make the dance a night to remember She was always there with a friendly smile a bit of advice and a helping hand Thank you from all of us Mrs Jones The Preference Ball this year has been an over-a- ll picture of cooperation It was truly a night to remember Let's all cooperate as much as possible for all the activities at Carbon shall we?
