On their return home they were accompanied by a son, Roger, who had had a short vacation In Mr. and Mrs. Alonzo Hansen will enjoy a reunion this weekend with their children and grandchildren. Harold and two sons of Carmichael, California, have been in Ephraim the past week and will soon be joined by Harolds wife and two other children. Also coming will be Jim and Dave Hansen and their children. Alonzo and his sons plan to take the children to the mountains for an outing while Belle and the ladles enjoy themselves at home. MARION LEE 28$-41- THURSDAY, AUGUST 24, 1972 THE EPHRAIM ENTERPRISE, EPHRAIM, UTAH 5B 7 On the 14th of Xugust, Mr, and Mrs. Alden T. Lund motored to Salt Lake City, Layton and Magna to visit relatives. Their first stop was with Alden s brother Ray, who lives at 3126 Grace Street In Salt Lake City. Ray had Just returned from Elko, Nevada, that same morning. Then the Lunds called on Aldens sister, Della, and her husband, John P, String-haLucille and Alden were then Invited by the Strtnghams to visit their daughter, Mary, and her husband, Spencer Cot-tam. Mor-tens- Mr. and Mrs. Chauncey have had several Thompson home this past members family summer. Recent visitors were a daughter and her family, Mr. and Mrs. Newell Judkins and five children of Falls Church, Virginia. The Judkins daughter, Catherine, will enroll at Ricks College this fall. During the latter part of September the Judkins family will Journey to Mexico City where Mr. Judkins will be employed with the U.S. State Department. The family will be in Mexico for Weekend visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Reid were a daughter and her family, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald (Eva Joy) Anderson and three children of Price, and a son. Max Reid of Eagar, Arizona. The visitors attended the Reid Nielson wedding while In Ephraim. m, and their year-ol- d daughter, Corlnn, who live at Layton. Mr. Cottom Is a second lieutenant In the national guard and Is stationed at Hill Field at the present time. All enjoyed a nice dinner prepared by Mrs. Cottam. Following the dinner the group motored to Great Salt Lake State Park two years. Also visiting at the Thompson home were another daughter and her family, Mr. and Mrs. Richard (Pauline) Hughes and five children of Spanish Fork. The visitors came especially to visit with the Judkins family. A special dinner was served at the Thompson home to all those mentioned and also to Mr. and Mrs. Hal (Rachael) Jensen and children of Ephraim. Visiting this past weekend at the home of Mrs. Emily Johnson were a daughter and her family, Mr. and Mrs. Leo (Ethel) Christensen and three sons, Drew, Clive and Mark, all of Murray. Also visiting were a son and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Christensen, and a friend, Mrs. Germaine Davis of Salt Lake City. A nephew and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Davies, were here from Alberta, Canada. at Antelope Island. A beautiful sunset on the lake was Inspiring along with other views, but no buffalo were seen. The road to Antelope Island was just on the 29th of July.
