The legal action, filed in Third District Court last week, asks that the court order Zions to turn over to Aird the full contents of the account. Aird maintains that David Fitzcn of the Bonneville Wrecking Company, placed 5 1 7,932 in a savings account at Zions on Jan. 31, 1974 in order to receive a performance bond from Transamerica Insurance. The next day, the suit Fitzcn assigned the con-tinuc- s, account to Transamerica, which Zions agreed to on Feb. 1, 1974. j In early 1977, the com- plaint reads, Aird was award- - cd 59,485 from Fitzcn and obtained a garnishment on the savings account. To this date, the suit contends, Zions has refused to give Aird the account. Aird is asking for the 517,932 plus interest and legal costs.
