Ayers told the Enterprise 12-cou- rt additions planned include three racquetball courts, a squash court, a meeting room accommodating 70 people, two paddle tennis courts, a sundeck over the meeting room and 37 additional parking spaces. The club already has four indoor tennis courts and seven outdoor courts. Its private FOR LEASE club can seat 80 for dinner. Costs of the expansion have yet to be determined, Ayers said, since the work hasnt been opened to bidding yet. He said work will begin in the spring with completion slated for next fall. The project will include 180 units once it is completed in 1980.
