Formerly closely held. Swing Bike was formed in December 1975, to manufacture and market the now famous Swing Bike vehicle. On July 1, 1977, it was acquired by Gayle Industries (formerly High-Lin- e Investments), which has had no active business operations for over a year. 1 : it , Under the agreement, principals of Swing Bike received 91 percent of the stock of Gayle, now called Swing Bike Inc., with the remaining nine percent held by approximately !
