Show The Enterprise Review, December Page 14b Washington Firm Will Build Facility The Careage Corp., a Bellevue, Washington company specializing in the construction and management of nursing homes, is building a new nursing home at 6246 South Redwood Rd., Salt Lake City. The home will be a y skilled facility with 104 beds. Project superin- one-stor- tendent John Mattera, also from Bellevue is hiring construction personnel from Salt Lake for the project. Construction on the structure began Nov. 1, and is scheduled for completion sometime in April. The Careage Corp. plans to lease the home to a Salt Lake nursing home manager. Total cost of the building is estimated at $609,000. Tom Reese, project coordinator for the Careage Corp. said a marketing research study was conducted by the company to determine the home location.
