Among the goals listed by the conference delegates were sufficient financial return on agricultural production, repeal of the right to work act, keeping local money in Utah through investments and loans, making Utah a destination state for tourists, and balancing expansion of industry with environmental protection. As obstacles, agriculture representatives listed excessive restrictions. Labor . spokesmen complained about poor communication between business and labor. Finance experts talked about the failure of public treasuries to keep public funds in Utah. Representatives of the tourism industry said they needed more money to de velop tourist attractions. And environmental group has been appointed chairman of the Airport Security Committee of the Airport Operators Council International. The committee concentrates on policies and problems of aviation security affecting members of the worldwide airport associa- the United States and on five continents around the world.
