U The Utah Symphony will give a concert dedicated to President Joseph L. Bishop of. Weber State College as a feature of the presidential inauguration Nov. 9, 10 and 11. The inaugural ceremony comes Nov. 10 at 2 pjn. when President Bishop will be inaugurated as the seventh president of the institution that is now Weber State. The concert is sponsored by the Ogden Symphony Guild in i cooperation with the Utah Symphony. It will be performed on Nov. 9 at 8 p.m., WSC Fine Arts auditorium. in Brahams Academic Festival Overture as a tribute to President Bishop, said Mrs. Paul T. Knuz, Ogden Symphony Guild president. Isaac Stern, who played the violin music for the motion picture, Fiddler on the Roof will be guest violinist at the University of Utah Division of Continuing Education offices in the Annex. Seats will sell for $2, $3, $4, and $5 with a discount for students and senior citizens.
