Stephen Bodily, district supervisor for the North Cache Soil Conservation District, conducted, the meeting and explained that the company had requested help from the Bear River Resource Conservation and Development Project in making a study of the Lewiston Bench area. He said that the RC&D Executive Board approved the study and assigned the North Cache and Franklin Soil Conservation Districts to have the study made. The districts then requested help from the Soil' Conservation Service offices in Preston and Logan. L. D. Bodily explained that the stockholders had asked for the study at their .last annual meeting.
