Gerald Nelson and brother Clinton of Pocatello visited Friday with their mother, Mrs. Trantparenf Plastic Storm Window Mr. and Mrs. Lavor Peterson and daughter, Mrs. Joan Riddle and son Peter, and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Alstrom and family of Idaho Falls visited a week ago Sunday with their mother, Mrs. Sadie Nelson, and with relatives in Kairview. Mrs. Leona Watts of Smith-fiel- d visited last week with her daughter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Perth Poulsen. Mr. and Mrs. John Hulet and family were in Pocatello Saturday helping their daughter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Trussell, move into their new home. Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Griffiths have been in Soda Springs the past week with a daughter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Murrie Godfrey. Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Porter were their son Calvin and wife Kathy and two sons, Shawn and Andrew, of Logan. Afternoon callers were her sister and husband, Mr. and Mrs. L. D. Erickson of Bountiful. Major and Mrs. Thayne Dewey and three children visited a week in Weston. Ogden and Preston with relatives. In Weston they visited with Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Dewey. The major and his family have spent the past three and half years in Germany and they are now back in the United States where he is attending school. Relief Society Holds Social PUBLIC Visitors Come From Virginia In (he afternoon she and Mrs. Campbell drove to Malad to visit with Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Shepherd. Enroute home they stopped at the Far West Cafe in Malad for lunch. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Olson of Logan visited one day last week with Mr. and Mrs. Harvey' Dewey. Mr. Olson and Oscar Campbell went fishing at Willow Flat. Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Porter were in Kaysville Saturday to attend a birthday for their Patti Porter, granddaughter, who was six years old. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Porter. She invited 15 friends for her birthday which was a circus party. They all came dressed in costume. There was a birthday cake and gifts. Effie Hoopes, Velma LaVora White and Irene Johnson went to Bancroft last Wednesday and attended a school lunch meeting. Mrs. Fern Wright and Mrs. Junior White went to the Sait Lake City airport Saturday to meet Mrs. Wright's daughter Joan and her niece, Judy Sant, who were returning from a y trip to Hawaii.
