Show Daniel Roberts. Commissioners Minutes FOR FRANKLIN COUNTY OF A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF MINUTES COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF FRANKLIN COUNTY, IDAHO. Preston, Idaho July 8, 1968 The Board of County Com missioners met this day in regular session for the month of July, 1968, the Chairman Vaughn J. Larsen, Commissioners Thedford Roper, and Rolen Bastian, and the Clerk, C. L. Swenson, were present. William Robinson, Chairman, Laren Bright, Bert Hugh Geddes, of the Fair Board met with the Commissioners in discussion of a Fair Building. After a discussion of the proposed building the Fair Board's proposal for a building was approved and they were authorized to go ahead with the building as recommended. The following letter was written, approved by the Board, and signed, after the Board was assured by William A. Dept of Agriculture Forest Service Bureau Logan, Utah Re: Agreement to Transfer 220 Acres of Forest Land to the Cache Valley Council, Boy Scouts of America Gentlemen: The Honorable Board of of Commissioners County Franklin County, Idaho hereby agree and consent to the transfer of 220 acres of Forest Service land to the Cache d, Section III, B, 3, a, (1) All obstetrical records shall include in addition to requirements for medical records a report of antenatal blood serology and RH factor determination. Hospital forms do not have a place to record this information on a medical record prefer prenatal record. A report of discharge physical examination, recom mendations, and signature of attending physician is not complete in this hospital. as a result of our survey structural violations which were observed in former years sua exist. These are a mat ter of record and have been detailed in writing to the ap propriate hospital and county oinciais. Since May of 1964, this di vision has attempted to assist Franklin County General Memorial Hospital meet minimum standards as set forth in rules and regulations of July, 1963. In addition, Dr. Carver, Administrator of Health, has made every effort to help the community meet these standards which were adopted by the State Board of Health. 1. His letters of January 24, 1966 and March 15, 1966 setting forth dates for action by hospital officials have not been met Our last communication is signed by Mr. Larsen and Mr. Shumway, dated September 27, 1967, and indicates that a final decision has not been made regarding the method for bringing this hospital up to standards. Also, since May of 1964, eleven (11) provisional licenses have been issued for your facility, with the hope that a definite schedule or course of action might be established. At this time, it appears no progress toward meeting requirements is being made. On this basis, and in fairness to the hospitals that are attempting to meet standards, we are requesting Mr. Adams, Division Director, to take the necessary action for denial of licensure.
