He was born SUGAR in Ogden, Utah. He graduated from South Rich High School. In 1968 he received a B.S. degree in sociology from Utah State University. Mr. Jacobson served a mission to Sweden from 196245. His church assignments have included MIA secretary, Sunday School and MIA teacher, home teacher, stake representative. He is presently serving as aua superintendent. Active in all types of activ ities, he was a winner in the Rich County oratory in 1960; a letterman in football, basketball, baseball, and track in high school; a scholarship winner to Utah State University; a holder of the Duty to God award; and in 1967 th AhPl S.
