The new agriculture has been described as a specialized profession practiced by those who apply modern business scientific techniques, knowledge and mechanical innovations to all operations. The new agriculture is a reality. In the last 10 years production of farm products per man-hou- r has nearly doubled. Among progressive farmers are thousands of alumni who got their early training and a good start through agricultural projects. Now nearly a million more are learning and practicing the best ways to achieve maximum quality and quantity at lowest possible Sen. Frank E. Moss, has cosponsored legislation which would provide insurance covering losses due to floods and hurricanes. The bill was introduced by Sen. Harrison A. Williams, Jr., Jersey. Sen. The medicine was prescribed by your physician, and he included specific orders for size and frequentcy of dose and how to take it. A few simple rules for taking medicine can help to avoid an accident that may make your minor discomfort a lot worse. Never take medicine in the dark. Single or dual applications may be made on the postcard application, but no money is to be sent in this year with the Page Three knowledge than we apply to almost any other purchase. We buy glasses that are too dark, that have distorted or scratched lenses, that dont fit welll or that are so highly stylish narrow they dont protect our eyes. We pay high prices for glamorous frames while neglecting the quality of the lenses that they encircle. Wearing the substandard sun glasses may not ruin your eyes, but it can ruin your comfort, your disposition and your enjoyment of whatever brought you out into the sun. Examine the lenses in and against the light. They should be free of irregularities: scratches, streaks, blurred spots. Holding them at half an arms length, look at some object with strong vertical and horizontal lines, perhaps a window frame. If the lines wobble when you move the glasses up, down or sideways the lenses are distorted and you dont want them. In color, a neutral gray or smoke tint is best, with green a good second choice and amber or yellow good on flat, hazy days. Light transmitted by a good lens should vary from 20 per cent for general use to 30 per cent for driving purposes. When selecting sunglasses, be sure to try them on outside the store, where light is brighter. Cup your hands around the side of the lenses in bright light. If the scene gets darker, it means the lenses are not providing enough coverage around margins of your eyes. PITCHING?
