He was born Aug. 16, 1891, Henefer, to William Joseph and Georgina Randall Richins. Married Ann Ellen Phipps, Oct. 12, 1910, Salt Lake Temple. Mr. Richins was a retired sheet metal worker, Southern Pacific Railroad, member X)ld Timers Club, Woodmen oithe World; member Church, home teacher, higfr priest, Ogden 18th Ward. LDS Survivors: widow; sons, Frank W., Wayne J., daughter, both Ogden; Mrs. Dorothy Thornton, Glendale, Calif.; foster son, Vernon Blake, Walnut Creek, Calif.; 19 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildr- en; Mrs. Susie Church, Henefer; Mrs. Morsie Scho- sisters, field, Ogden. Funeral services were held Wednesday at Lindquist and Sons Colonial chapel. Burial was in the Ogden City Cemetery. which will soon be attached to the underground power cables that were installed some time ago. According to one of the foremen, these poles are unique in that if they are ever hit by a car, the pole will simply shear off at the base making it a rather simple process to re- place without disrupting power. Senior Citizens Enjoy Games Last week at the Senior Citizen's gathering at the Hut was enlivened by the visit of three ladies from Randolph, Utahs Senior Citizens group who came in the afternoon and showed our group several interesting card games to be played with two to ten players at a time. They were Mrs. Abbie Tel- ford, Mrs. Margaret Thompson and Mrs. Minnie McKinnon. The morning was spent with Annette Vernon helping some of the ladies finish garments they had started sometime before. Annette brought two sewing machines for them to use. Mrs. Sylvia Clyde of Salt Lake visited over the weekend with her sister, Wanda Matue.
