Next month a pot luck supper is planned along with quilting on the Victory Club quilt and will be held at the home of Pauline Rees. Place cabbage in large kettle. Four boiling water over it. Let stand until leaves are flexible and can be removed from head (about 5 min.) If necessary, return cabbage to hot water to soften inner leaves. Preheat oven to 375 deg. 14 cup meat mixture Scoop up with hand and form into rolls 3 in. long and 1 in. wide making about 28 rolls in all. Place meat on a drained cabbage leaf; fold top of leaf over meat; fold sides and roll into an oblong shape. Put in lightly greased pan, chopped onion spread evenly. Arrange cabbage rolls on top of onion. In two quart sauce pan combine chili sauce and grape jelly with 14 cup water. Heat to melt jelly and then pour over cabbage rolls. Cover pan tightly with foil and bake two hours. Remove foil, baste rolls with sauce, bake 40 min. uncovered, or until sauce is thick and cabbage rolls are glazed. Makes 28 cabbage rolls. For smaller amount cut recipe in half. The Kamas women have started playing volley ball again. They play every Thursday at 1 p.m. at the Cultural Hall.
