They had some souvenirs which brought the atmosphere of the lovely Islands home to those present. Sorry to report Mr. Alfred Milliner Is In the Summit County Hospital. Understand he is a very sick man. His heart along with other ailments has flared up again. Raymond of Echo. The bridegroom Is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Grant Bendixsen of Ogden. The couplfc. exchanged marriage tows Friday, January 26, 1968, in rites solemnised In the Salt Lake LD6 Temple. A wedding breakfast for the coiqde and the wedding guests hosted by the groom's parents was held in Salt Lake following the ceremony. A reception honoring the couple was held at the Echo Cultural Hall Saturday evening. Robinson served refreshments. The young couple will live In Salt Lake where Jan Is attend- ing the University. Carrie will continue working at the State Retirement Board. Steven Newton Dies at Home Steven Skelton Newton, 54, Coalville, died at his home Feb. 5 after a cerebral hemorrhage. Born Aug. 5, 1913, Hunter, to Hyrum James and Florence Dunford. The bride's gown fashioned of white slipper satin agd imported organza was designed with a bouffant skirt, long tapered sleeves, a scoop neckline and tiers of Chantilly lace on skirt enhanced by dainty self roses. It was accented by a gracefully flowing train. Her veil flowed from a seed pearl head piece. ' The. bridal bouquet was of red and white yoees. Bridesmaids were sisters of the couple: Carla and Darla Raymond, Sanoma, Tanjna and Joy Bendixsen. They were attired in scarlet chiffon. Frank Adkins acted as best man. The mothers of the couple were attired In street length dresses: Mrs. Raymonds of rose-colcrepe and Mrs. of white crepe. Both wore orchid corsages. The three -- tiered wedding cake was decorated with rad roses and topped with a mina-tu- re bride and groom surrounded by sweetheart pearls. Miss Louanna Bendixsen was In charge of the guest book.
