Show Page Four THE EUREKA (UTAH) REPORTER led the Blights to Vegas and Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Mon toya and son and daughter, Robert and Cathie, returned home last week from an extended vacation to New Mexico, Wyoming and Nebraska. Their first stop was at Albuquerque, New Mexico, where they attended the wedding of Miss Grace Logglns, and their son, Jerry Montoya. The marriage was solemnized on June 27, in the Holy Rosary Church. They then drove to Greeley, Colorado, where they visited with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Mata and other family members. They spent a few days in Cheyenne, Wyo., with his mother, Mrs. Joseph A. Montoya. In North-- ' Platte. Neb., they were guests of his sister and family, Mr. and Mrs. David Sandoval. Mr. Montoyas brother, Arthur, of Cheyenne, returned to Eureka with the family, where he will visit here for a few weeks. remained there for further visiting with their son and family. Mr. and Mrs. Blight and Laura Ann drove to Long Beach, where they were guests of Mrs. Maude Gourley, and spent sometime in Redondo Beach with Mr. Blights aunt, Mrs. Lizzie Blight. Her many friends in Eureka will be happy to know she is well and as alert as ever, which is some- thing when one considers she is 92 years old. She is a former and well remembered resident of Eureka. . Ash Griggs of Evanston, Wyoming, visited here Tues- day, with a nephew and his family, Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Griggs. Mr. and Mrs. Jay Chatter-to- n left last Saturday. for New York to attend the Elks 100th grand lodge convention. 1716 trip to New York was made by jet plane. Mr. Chatterton is the Exalted Ruler of Tin-ti- c Lodge No. 711, BPOE. Gerald A i t k e n returned home on Monday, after being confined to theUtah Valley Hospital in Provo for three weeks where he underwent July 17, 1964 major back surgery. Friends will be pleased to learn that he is much Improved and all are wishing him continued improvement in Salt Lake with her son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Gillespie, and with a daughter and her family, Mr. and Mrs. Francis Carlson. . Mrs. Helen Judson of Anand her Alaska, chorage, daughter, Mrs. Virginia Freeman, of El Paso, Texas, spent last Thursday, Friday and Saturday here with Mrs. Judsons sister and brother-in-laMr. and Mrs. Reed Pett .Mrs. Freeman flew to Anchorage to assist her mother in moving.
