W NIELSEN In the good old days the kids did what their parents told them to do They were a little scared of what would happen to them if they didn't obey Now Now days days a-days its the parents who get scared of what might happen if they dont don't do what their kids de de- de mand H About that piece in last weeks week's column about the government government government gov gov- building schools for boys and girls who dont don't want to to go to school We were told that perhaps the idea was was was' good but that it would cost the taxpayer all aU too We wonder now just h how w much money it is costing the taxpayers to torun torun torun run all the institutions that dont don't seem seem to be getting any results I IDId Did you ever stop to notice how one kind of weeds will take over one year and then see another kind take over the next year Wonder if mother nature is demanding the same kind of struggle that us human beings has got gotto gotto gotto to go through You might think she dont don't know what it it is all about but she knows all right If you h have ve been there you have seen that if the land is just left alone by humans and overcrowding by animals grass will start to grow and pretty soon you wont won't see any weeds It sure does look like everything everything every every- thing just has to struggle to live Years ago we asked a high church man this question W Wouldn't it be better to build a high rock wall around our children so we could save them from the outside world No uNo he answered every child has got to have its free agency it is the plan of the Creator of all things |
