Lambert Hoyt funeral services held miBifi Funeral services were held Monday at a.m. In the Olpln Mortuary for Mary Alice Lambert Hoyt, 89, who died Sept. 27 of natural causes in a Roosevelt hos11 pital. She was born April 15, 1881 In Woodland, Summit County to Ephraim and Agnea Mlchle Lambert. She married James Frank Hoyt Sept. 2, 1904 In the Salt Uke LOS Temple, he died In 1941. She filled a Samoan LDS Mission from 1905-190- 7. Survivors include a son Jewel, Salt Lake City, four grandchildren; brothers, Clarence L., Roosevelt; Glen A., Vernal. Burial was in the Vine Bluff cemetery, Nephl. (Q Mr. and Mrs. Lee Mecham are the parents of a baby girl born September 19, at the Roosevelt Hospital. She weighed lbs. 4 oz. Bob and Jill Ketterer and 3 children, Salt Lake, visited over the weekend with parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Mecham. Dennis Grant was home for the weekend visiting with parents, Mr. and Mrs. He is attending the college Lloyd Grant. of Eastern Utah at Price. Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Moon, Provo visited with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Moon over the weekend. They are both attending BYU. C. D. Moat was here over the weekHe came to move his family to end. Mary Bird returned home with the Llsonbees following a nice visit at their home In Orem, Mr. and Mrs. Owen Goodrich were In Logan over the weekend where Mrs. Goodrich attended H activities. Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Winkler received word that their granddaughter, Karen Duke underwent an appendicitis operation at 8 p.m. Sunday evening In the Roosevelt hospital. Karen Is the daughter of Beth and Keith Duke. Mr . and Mrs. George Woodruff celebrated their Golden Wedding anniversary at an Open House at the home of a son, Darwin Woodruff In Tooele. The Woodruffs were married Oct. 6, 1920 . They were long time residents of Bluebell and now live in Tooele. They are the parents of 9 children, 38 grandchildren, and 16 4-- Monday. A opening social was held for the Duchesne First Ward Relief Society Monday. There was a program after which refreshments were served to about 45 members. -Mrs. Orlnda Gee attended the funeral servlcesof Gale Nye In Heber City Monday. He died September 25. Mrs. Donna Wllkerson, Mrs. Carol Cloud and Mrs. Connie Robbins attended the State Republican Federated club held at the Hotel Utah In Salt Lake Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Vern Bromley and Mr. and Mrs. Parry Grant spent a week on a fishing trip to Towavee and Weaver. They returned home Sunday and report they had very good luck. John and Bonnie Swasey are the parents of a baby boy born Thursday, Sept. 24 at the Roosevelt Hospital, Hie weighed Leslie J. Orrs to note (manse css Mr. and Mrs. L. R. Swasey returned Saturday after an eleven day tour of the Hawalln Islands. They went by Jet with the Merrell Chrlstopherson tour from Provo. Roger and Russell Cowan left last week for St. George where they will attend Dixie College this winter. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Mezenen and family, Clearfield were here over the weekend visiting with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A1 Mezenen. Mr. and Mrs. A1 Mezenen and Marla Baum spent last Sunday In Spanish Fork visiting at the home of a sister, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Pace. Mrs. Baum has stayed for a visit. The water has been put to beneficial use; however, additional time is needed to repair the measuring device, make measurements and make and submit Proof of Appropriation.
