Raccoon victims are reported recovering 3BRi Mr. and Mrs, Wade Goodrich arrived at the Duane McKee home Friday afternoon from Florida. Mr, Goodrich just received his discharge from the Navy after serving four years. The Goodrichs plan to make their home in Vernal. Jim is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, and Is a Professional Engineer, registered in the State of Nebraska. Lee joins post-gradu- Victims of the raccoon that intruded a Lapoint home last week are on the mend and all are reported to be in good condition. Howard Horrocks, owner of the Raccoon reported that they had not been advised to get rid of the animal but had been told to keep It under surveilance in case It developed rabies. This Is why they had spent most of Friday, all day Saturday and part of Sunday looking for it after it disappeared. His son had gone to tie It up before they took their daughter to the doctor. A preliminary examination In Salt Lake showed no evidence of rabies but a serum was taken from the animal to be Injected Into a rat or mouse to see If It contracted the disease.
