Show or SPECIAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS OF UTAH 11 21 12 19 NOTICE THE OIL REFINING COMPANY. 35 k Notice is hereby' given that a special meeting of the stockholders of the Utah Oil Refining Company has been called by its undersigned President and Secretary, to be held, and the same will be held, at the companys office and principal place ' of business, Room 710 Newhouse Building, Salt Lake City, Utah, at 10 A. M. on Monday the 13th day of May, 1929, for the following purposes: 1. To consider, act on, ratify and adopt or to refuse to ratify and adopt a plan known as the Third Employees Stock Purchasing Plan and to make it' effective as of any date not prior to April 1, 1929,, whereby the employees of this company and the employees of such of its subsidiary companies as have been or may be designated by the Board of- Directors of the Standard' Oil Company (Indiana) may acquire capital stock of Standard Oil Company (Indiana) by authorizing deductions of not to fexceed ten per cent of their respective compensations for services, to which shall be added an amount equal to fifty per cent of such deductions to be contributed by the company by which such employees are employed, all in accordance with said Third Employees Stock Purchase .
