Article XI FLOWER COMMITTEE: The Secretary, Treasurer and shall be the Permanent Flower Committee, and are hereby authorized to purchase flowers on the death of a member of this corporation or a member of his immediate family, to not exceed $20.00 for a member, and not to exceed $10.00 for a member of his immediate family.
