Mr. and Mrs. Joshua Timothy received word of a new grandson born Nov. 7 to Ray and Darleen Oliphent of Evans, Utah. Guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jerrol Syme for two days last week was his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Syme of Moroni, who came to get acquainted with their new granddaughter, born Nov. 3rd. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Nielsen, motored to Salt Lake Friday to attend funeral services for a brother-in-law- , Erv Rockwood. Mrs. Jean Labrum visited a week in Salt Lake with her niece and family Jim and Connie Bydee. Mrs. Florence Johnstun returned home from the Vernal Hospital where she was confined for three days. Attending a special session at the Provo Temple Thursday were Roosevelt West Stake Presidency and wives, and all bishops and wives. Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Miller and Bishop and Mrs. Byron Gilbert motored to Provo Saturday to visit their parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Gilbert to help celebrate Johns 78th birthday.
